A long week

Sorry about not posting sooner! We had one of those weeks. It started with a trip to a play and the fire station with Garrett's class, and ended with a trip to northern Wisconsin and the rota virus!!! Somewhere in between I managed to fit in Grandparent's Day at King's Kids, 4 days of work, and a CPR class. As I write this, Donovan our middle one is still sick with the virus. He has been throwing up since Sunday. It started in the car on the way back from WI. Not only were we getting ready to head through Chicago, but he gave no warning that anything was wrong. Minutes later the backseat, his car seat, clothes, etc were covered with you know what. YIKES!!! The other two kids seem OK. Hopefully it will stay that way.

Oh, Amy! The same thing happened to me coming back home from a trip to MN! Luckily, we were not too far from a gas station when the grossness happened. Still, the smell lingers...Hope the other kids stay healthy!

Yes, we are going to Southern in January. What are your friend's names?? Did they go to MBBC?

Hi Gretchen,
Amy's friend's name is Kelly. Nice to "meet" you. :) No, we did not go to MBBC - I went to your rival school NBBC. My husband is a graduate from Liberty University. We came down to the preview conference last fall and also had the privilege of seeing Dr. Mohler's library - pretty awesome, eh? Ben (my husband) is in his first semester at SBTS and he loves it. Do you know anybody down here? Leave me a comment if I can help you in any way. Do you have housing lined up?
